XF
Saloon (Light) '08-'11
|
Replacement for the 'S' type in the mid size luxury sport saloon
section of the market.
Designed 'in-house' by the Jaguar design team led by Ian Callum and
built at Castle Bromwich, Birmingham.
One of the most aerodynamic bodies of any production Jaguar, even
beating the race-bred XJ220 supercar
with a drag coefficient of only 0.29.
Same huge engine range as the old 'S', starting at a 6 cylinder 2.7 diesel up
to a rip snorting 5 litre supercharged.
Great car... has won more awards than Manchester United have won
Premierships! |

More power (5 litre supercharged with 503 bhp) and a mean bodykit to
prove it!
Top Gear claimed it to be a good as an M5... so it must be good! |

XF Saloon (Dark) '11-

2011 and the facelift for the XF that was just a step too far for the
'08 model when it first came out.
Now has that jaw-dropping look as first seen on the C-XF concept car
of 2007.
More importantly... a 2.2 litre four cylinder diesel available in
the S model! |
