MGRV8 - MGF - MGTF - MGZR - MGZS - MGZT - MGZTT

          MG RV8  '92-'96
Last of the old breed... a 90's version of the old MGB on steroids!
A stonking 4 litre V8 that churns out 173bhp and gives you 135mph.
Classic interior of walnut, Wilton and leather. Price dictated it never sold in large numbers.
Highly collectable... but check that windscreen.... they rot so easily!

MGF

MGF at speed (all models)

Pre 2000 VVC - Lakeland Hills
When all thought it was dead...a brand new MG for 1995 that was not a throwback to the antique age.
Did not disappoint; mid-engined layout gave it great sportcar handling.
1.8i(120bhp) or VVC- Variable Valve Control (145bhp)  Capable of 130mph.
A runaway success for MG-Rover from day one... my daughter had one and thought it was the bee's knees!
A good used one today makes for great Summertime driving... a future classic!

Pre 2000 1.8i
Tower Bridge

2000 model SE
South Downs

MGF Trophy 160
Warmed up VVC model based on the Trophy circuit racetrack version.
Now with 158 bhp. Capable of 0-60 in 7 seconds with a top speed of 140mph.

MGTF

MGTF '02-'05
Mid-life facelift for the 'F'
Heavily redesigned with new suspension and most body panels changed.
Continued to outsell the rest of the competition put together until the collapse of MG-Rover in 2005.
First sportscar in its class to be awarded a leading 4 star safety performance from Euro NCAP.
A great little British sportscar!

NAC MGTF '08-
Lightly revised TF from the new owners of MG... Nanjing Automobile Group.
Announced with a great fanfare... The MG lives!
Chinese built parts shipped to Britain and assembled at Longbridge in a much scaled down operation.

it's either a new car or a new wife!'

ZR

MG ZR mk1 3 door   2001-2004

A warmed up Rover 25 based on the BRM LE 200 model.
A huge success for the MG-Rover Group, the ZR was the groups best selling model in 2004
3 or 5 door hatchback. Versions available were the 105 (111mph), 120 (119mph) ,160 (131mph)
Used extensively in club rallying, the ZR was a great little 'hot hatch' in the MG tradition.

MG ZR mk1 5 door

MG ZR mk2 3/5 door  2004 - 2005

The 2004 facelift  gave the ZR a more aggressive front grille,
but inside there was little to change to a now dated interior.
Production only just got going when the plug was pulled.  Still a great little car to drive!
ZS

MG ZS  mk1  '01-'04  5 door  Small rear spoiler

A breathed on Rover 45.
MG engineers worked wonders on turning the rather dull and comfortable 45
into a car worthy of the MG badge with dramatic effect. 4 and 5 door models available.
In its V6 form it was a sensational drivers car.
Drive one... you'll be amazed!

MG ZS  mk1  '00-'04  4 door  Large spoiler

MG ZS  mk2  '04-'05  5 door

MG ZS  mk2  180 Saloon '04-'05   4door   Large spoiler

The '04 facelift turned the ZS in it's 180 spec into a fire-breathing monster of a car.
Flared wheel arches, side vents in the wings, huge rear spoiler... alas the fun only lasted for a year!
It was a truly sensational car and sure to be a collectors item in the future!

ZT / ZTT

MG ZT Saloon '00-'04

The 'big daddy' of the Z range and to many eyes the best looking of the bunch.
Designer Peter Stevens of McLaren F1 fame worked wonders on turning the ultra conservative 75 into the aggressive and sporty looking ZT.
Under the skin everything was tightened up to provide a truly wonderful sports saloon to rival the very best.
A great machine and a classic in the making.
Buy a good one now whilst they're cheap... they can only go up in value!

MG ZTT '00-'04

MG ZT Saloon '04-'05

MG ZTT  '04-'05

The '04 facelift in line with the rest of the 'Z' range was not kind to the ZT in the eyes of many.
The loss of that chromed mess grille was just a step too far!
...And I have to agree with them, the mk1 is the better looking car by a country mile!
The ZTT is a huge beast of a car and can swallow families whole.
Still great driving cars!
