     T34 Karmann Ghia Coupe
Sanctioned by Volkswagen, designed by Carrozzeria Ghia in Turin by their chief designer Sergio Sartorelli
and built by the Wilhelm Karmann Coachwerks of Osnabruck.
Production began in March 1962, the final one rolling of the production line in July 1969
by which time 42,510 coupes had been built.
An expensive car in its day and never exported to the USA; hence the low production figures.

The cabrio version is an extremely rare and collectable item these days!
Good ones are hard to find and most will have been restored.
